| TBA Communications, Inc., was founded and incorporated in August 1991, by president, Carlton C. Cozart in the state of Florida. TBA Communications started as the charter Motorola authorized dealer in the Tampa Bay area including Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties. TBA Communications started at 3641-C West Kennedy Blvd Ave, Tampa, Florida with 5 employees. |

In December 1995, with ten employees, TBA relocated to our present location at 4803 George Road, Ste 330, Tampa, Florida 33634. Also at that time we opened our radio service center and became an Authorized Dealer Product Service Center soon thereafter.
In May 1996, TBA became an Authorized Nextel Representative and a Nextel Authorized Service Center in July of that same year.
Due to continued success, in July 1998, TBA expanded their facilities to include suite 320 at their same location. We now have increased to 15 employees and continue to achieve success. With the combined effort of every individual at TBA, we are anticipating continued growth and success in the future.
