SALES MANAGEMENT POSITION:
A successful candidate will have a proven track record in communications sales, preferably Motorola radio communications. Previous managerial experience a plus but will consider someone with the desire to more into management. The Sales manager will be directly responsible for all aspects involved in creating and maintaining a successful sales force. This includes recruiting, training and supervising the sales department. The sales manager must be highly motivated and driven individual with excellent organizational and people skills who can inspire others with enthusiasm and positive energy. Salary for this position is commensurante with experience. Income potential is unlimited with strong sales staff performance.

OUTSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE POSITION:
A successful candidate will be a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual responsible for business to business sales of Motorola radio equipment. The sales executive will be responsible for generating leads through cold calls, referrals and qualified leads to meet or exceed monthly sales objectives. The sales executive, through consultative selling, will analyze customer needs, make presentations, close, deliver and maintain strong customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include retaining and updating current customers by providing outstanding customer service. The successful outside sales executive will have strong organizational skills and must possess a willingness to learn, work, have fun and make money. Salary for this positions is commensurate with experience. Income potential between $45,000-90,000.

TECHNICAL POSITIONS:
TBA Communications is an authorized service center for Motorola and Nextel products and has been a leading service center for over 10 years to businesses in the Tampa Bay area. A successful field technician will have experience on servicing radios, base stations, remotes and consoles. We offer on-site training as well as Motorola based training for this position. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
